Step 1: Submit Your Appointment Request
The process begins by completing a short appointment request through your preferred wholesaler or MGA. Some may have you submit a request, some may have instant appointment through a Single Sign On integration with Foxquilt.
Note: if you are a brokerage in Canada looking for appointment, please click here: https://www.foxquilt.com/agent-broker-partner.html
Depending on your agency and licensing, you may be asked to provide information such as:
- Agency name
- Contact information
- Licensing details
- Agency website
- States where you operate
- Current carrier relationships (if applicable)
Providing complete information upfront helps move the process along more efficiently.
Step 2: Foxquilt Reviews Your Agency
Once your request is received, the Foxquilt team reviews your request. This review helps ensure your agency is a good fit for our products, distribution model, and target markets. It also ensures that you hold only one appointment per agency.
This process can be instant if there is a Single Sign On interaction between Foxquilt and the Wholesaler/MGA, or up to 24 hours
Step 3: Set a Password and Get Going!
Once you're appointed, you'll have access to begin quoting (and binding!) eligible business. Please use your business email address to set a password for Foxden, the agent portal, once you receive email confirmation from us
Foxquilt's digital platform is designed to simplify the submission process by:
- Asking relevant underwriting questions
- Eliminating unnecessary duplication
- Supporting businesses with multiple operations
- Providing accurate pricing based on the risk
- Giving you flexible and instant binding options
Agents can move from quote to bind in just minutes!
